Wire Guide to reduce tilting of frames

A picture hanging system is a popular method to display pictures and allows you to hang several frames, pictures and other pieces of art as a gallery wall. Depending on the size, thickness and weight, certain frames may tilt when displayed using a hanging system.

The Wire Guide has been developed to reduce the tilting effect. It can be easily attached to the back of the frame and holds the top of the frame close to the hanging wire. Thereby stabilising the frame and drawing it closer to the vertical.

The Wire Guide fixes singly or as a pair to the top of a wooden or polymer frame, aligned over the hanging point of the hook(s). The hanging wire clips into the guide and is positioned by the indexing pips.

As a general rule, a frame will always hang more steadily if 2 hanging wires and 2 hanging hooks are used. For more information on how to influence tilting of frames see the tilting effects manual in the download section.
