Twister Steel 2mm 200cm - Maximum Load 20kg

Twister hanging wires are specifically developed for Artiteq picture hanging systems. The Twister mechanism offers a logical and easy way to hook the hanging wire into the rail: twist, click and you’re done. Since the Twister can be clicked anywhere into the rail, you can rearrange your artwork hassle-free whenever you like. Twister Steel 2mm hanging wires are also available in lengths of 100, 150, 250, 300 and 500cm.

Compatible Hooks

Steel hanging wires should be used only with self-locking hooks as the screw of manual hooks can damage the wire. Please find all suitable hooks listed below.

Maximum Load per Hook

Micro Grip 2mm - 20kg
Micro Grip Lock - 20kg
Ratchet Hook - 15kg
LoQQer - 15kg

Multiple Hooks/ Pictures

Multiple hooks/ pictures can be fitted to each wire as long as the maximum load of the hanging wire won’t be exceeded. Large or heavy pictures may require more than one hanging wire and one hook.

Compatible Rails

Twister Steel hanging wires are suitable for all Artiteq picture hanging systems listed as follows.

Click Rail
Click Rail Pro
Contour Rail
Contour Rail Glued
Combi Rail Pro Light

Cutting Steel Wires

We disadvise to cut steel wires as the cutting point needs special treatment in advance. If no care is taken, the wire will begin to splay and it may become impossible to attach hooks. Excess wire can be simply wound up and hidden behind the picture.
